About the app

Memory Viewer shows you what your OfflinAI apps have learned about you, the people and organizations you deal with, and your groups such as businesses, customers and projects. You can see it, correct it, add to it, export it and erase it.

One list shows everything remembered: current facts, people and organizations with their addresses, groups and open items. Each fact shows since when it holds and, on hover, where it came from and when it was learned. A search box filters every list. You can confirm a fact, correct it, or delete it. A deleted fact goes on a sealed list of rejected facts so it is not learned again. You can also rename a person, forget a person or a group, close an open item, or tell the memory something directly.

A preview shows what an assistant would be told about you, a person, an organization or a group, piece by piece. For a reply to one of your recent messages it shows the context that would be packed for it, line by line, with each line either shown as sent or struck out with the reason it is kept out. Sensitive areas such as health, money, religion and politics, sex life and sexuality, racial or ethnic origin, trade union membership, and crimes and offenses are kept out unless you switch each one on. Businesses can be kept apart, so a fact tied to one business goes only into work for that business.

You can choose which OfflinAI apps may teach the memory, and pause all learning in one step. You can export everything as a readable Markdown file with a full JSON copy beside it, or forget everything after typing a confirmation word.

The plain-words summary uses OfflinAI Server running on your own PC, and writes a few sentences from exactly what would be sent. Without it, the app shows the facts as they stand. The rest of the app does not need it.

The memory stays on your device, sealed with a key in the Windows keychain. Nothing is sent to OfflinAI, there is no account, and no data is collected.
