About the app
Session Log Lite is for developers who run AI coding agents in a terminal across many projects. It gathers every past session in one readable place. The app never changes the transcripts.
It finds transcripts in the documented folders where popular AI coding tools keep them under your home folder, and in any folders you add. Sessions are listed by project, newest first. A session reads as a conversation: your requests are framed, the agent's answers are shown as text, and each tool use is folded away so you can open it when you want it. Places where you stopped the agent are marked. Long sessions are drawn in parts so they stay smooth.
Search across every session by words, with quoted phrases and an option to include tool output. A hit opens the session at the right place. You can continue a session, or start a new one, in a terminal opened in the project folder with the command you set for that tool.
A drafts pad for each project lets you write your next request calmly. It is saved as you type, sealed on your device. You can recall every request you ever typed in a project, filter them, and put one back in the pad. Numbers per project show sessions, requests, requests per day, how often you stopped the agent, how often the agent asked something back, and the tools used most. They are a mirror, not a score.
Export a session to Markdown. Keys, tokens, passwords, personal details and your name in folder paths are replaced by placeholders first, and the window tells you what was taken out.
Improving a draft uses OfflinAI Server running on your own PC. It rewrites your draft to be clearer, with keys and personal details removed from what is sent. Your original is always kept. Everything else works without it.
The readers for each transcript format were written from public descriptions and have not yet been tried on a wide range of real files. If a line or block is not understood, the session says how many were skipped and shows the rest.
Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent to OfflinAI, there is no account, and no data is collected.
