OfflinAI Storage Lite

About the app

Storage Lite shows how much disk space your OfflinAI apps take and helps you clear out what you no longer need, without touching anything you want to keep.

For each app it shows the space used, split into your own files (notes, transcripts, exports) and the app's working files such as indexes, caches and settings, which are shown only as totals. The models downloaded by OfflinAI Server are shown apart, along with the disk's free space. The biggest app is listed first.

A files list shows what you made, which app made it, when it was made and when it was last opened. You can filter by app and search by name, and long lists stay smooth because only the visible rows are drawn. A models list shows each downloaded model, its size, the part it shares with other models, and when its files were last read.

Storage Lite then suggests what could go, largest first, each with its reason in plain words: temporary files and logs untouched for 7 days, exports unchanged for 90 days, your files never opened again after 180 days, and models unused for 60 days. You can change all four limits. Items you keep, and anything inside a kept folder, are never suggested. Files of an app that is running are left alone and named as held.

Removal always asks first and moves files to the Recycle Bin, never straight to deletion. Only files inside an OfflinAI app's own folder can be removed, and never a whole app folder. You can keep a file, folder or model with a note saying why. The notes are sealed on your device. You can also show a file in its folder or open it in the app that made it.

If you want more detail on a suggestion, OfflinAI Server running on your own PC can explain it in plain words. Only names, sizes and ages are sent to it, never file content. Without it, you still get each suggestion's own reason.

Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent to OfflinAI, there is no account, and no data is collected.
